“People Philosophy” practices were carried out for 4 hotels in different regions of leading tourism group company in its industry, serving at international standards. The practices were conducted to provide internalization of corporate values by all employees and reflect to whole structure.
Totally, 602 executives and employees participated to the programs. It was contributed to assignment of each employee as a “cultural ambassador”, increase in guest satisfaction and sustainability.

A workshop was carried out for human resources team of company that continues its operations in Turkey with its 260 restaurants and 6000 employees.

Also, new trends and examples were shared with participants to enrich their perspectives.
