Sales performance coaching systematics were established for theTurkey location of a global company with its 3000 employees. operating in more than 140 countries with 18 factories and a team of 11,000 people worldwide.

The field coaching systematics were designed to provide sustainable performance. The progress was monitored through regional on the job coaching.

Transformation of all implementations into the culture was aimed through coaching implementations and follow up practices.

From Strategy to Performance© Program was carried out to increase the effectiveness of regional management, to ensure coordination between office and field teams, to create the strategic approaches and best practices that will make a difference, and to support them with project studies including the whole field. In the Strategy Workshops, strategic priorities, and steps to transform the current strategy into performance were evaluated in the light of future projections, and priority focus areas were clarified.

Project Management Mentoring Implementations were carried out with projects that make a difference, are result-oriented, and have high contributions to reach a high-performance culture. The strategicroad map was shaped, and action plans were prepared. Keystones were completed to accelerate the transformation of strategy into performance.

Coaching and mentoring practices were performed for the top management.

In line with the expectations and priorities of the field team, the “Effectiveness in Key Account Management Program”, designed under the field dynamics, was carried out. It aims to increase the effectiveness of key account management and reflect it on the field, to create long-term, value-added, and sustainable relationships in sales management, and to clarify priorities and plans with the right strategic foresight. Before the program, questionnaire was implemented within the scope of preparation study. The programs were carried out as online with the participation of regional sales teams and executives and the content of the programs were designed in accordance with the dynamics of the regions in line with the needs, priorities and expectations of the participants.Within the framework of Venturo© Scenario Planning Model, the participants developed solutions and strategic approaches by taking into consideration of the priority subjects related to their regions.

It was contributed to create a common perspective and transform it into a culture with systematic approaches, up-to-date information and examples that deepen the knowledge of the participants and enrich their perspectives on Strategic Foresight and Scenario Planning.

The Effectiveness in Project Management Program was carried out for Turkey location of a company that continues its activities globally with its over 100 years of scientific expertise and presentsitsinnovative products and services in more than 20 countries with its 15.000 employees.

The 4-session process was carried out online and theoretical and practical information was integrated as ahybrid through the program process.In this context, project management systematics was shared in theoretical sessions, and these were supported by practical sessions consisting of projects that weredetermined within the framework of corporate strategies.

It contributes to developing a common language and perspective among all participants, creatinga project management culture and producingconcrete projects that will get benefit to the company in real terms by progressing systematically in the project management processes.

Within the scope of the Piano© Storytelling in Business Model, the Storytelling in Business Program was carried out with the participation of top-level executives. The 6-module program aims to reflect the storytelling techniques in business life to business results, to raise awareness, to strengthen creativity, and to create inspiring approaches. The support was provided with one-to-one mentorships regarding the permanence of the learned information, its reflections on practice, and its effectiveness.

A total of 6 module development programs, 36 mentoring, and 1 workshop took place within the scope of the program, which was designed and implemented one-to-one specifically for the participants' jobs, responsibilities, and focus areas. Also, each participant had the opportunity to experience and apply the techniques that they learned directly within their current business processes.
