For a leading Turkish company in the retail sector, operating in the tableware, small home appliances, and textile industries with nearly 3,500 employees, 11 brands, 305 stores in 43 countries, over 2,000 sales points, and a product range exceeding 10,000 items, the "Piano© Storytelling in Business Program" was implemented.

The program was conducted in four modules, with participation from the group's top management team, store managers, internal trainers, and other brands. It was specifically tailored to each group's business processes and the company's unique dynamics.

To create value under the lens of the future by leveraging the power and impact of stories and to ensure the sustainability of success by making the impact of these stories enduring, the program was supported by workshops and camp applications.

Group mentoring practices were carried out to accelerate the process of turning strategic, results-oriented, highly impactful, and inspiring approaches into action. These practices involved the top management team, the internal trainers explicitly formed for this program, and the store managers. The goal was to align these efforts with the company's corporate strategy and priorities, ensuring they connected directly to the participants' business processes.
