Balanced scorecards were created within the context of Management by Objectives. Follow up systematics were established by deploying objectives. It was integrated with performance management structure.

Management control framework was established that financial / non-financial authorities, decision and control mechanisms were defined.

Effective Sales and Customer Relationship Management Programs and Priority Management Programs were carried out for employees in dealers to increase effectiveness in dealership management for leading global company that has manufacturing facility in our country.

Program contents were designed in line with company culture and field dynamics. It was contributed to development of holistic point of view and common language among all dealers.

Strategic approaches that will guide the change were determined by working together with the company's middle and top-level executives, in this context the innovative solutions were created.

Project management mentoring was carried out to transform implementations into a culture and reflection of them to business processes. Effective projects were developed with mixed groups including sales, sales support and marketing team members.

Strategy workshop was managed with the participation of executive team. Strategic road map was designed by clarifying prioritized fields to focus on.

An applied program was completed in 3 modules in the context of PAN© Effective Leadership Model. Transformation of all gained information to practice was accelerated with effective implementations and individual studies.

Management by Objectives implementations were carried out to create common language in determining and managing targets, provide target deployment from top to bottom in line with corporate strategy and create Management by Objectives Culture.

The current structure was analysed with holistic approach; main business processes and sub-processes were shaped with Effective Process Management Program. All financial / non-financial authorities, approval and control mechanism for management team were identified with Chart of Authorization Systematics.

Corporate analysis implementations were carried out within the framework of From Strategy to Performance© Model for the company that operates both nationally and globally in local and foreign automotive industry with over 30 years of experience. Starting from the Board of Directors and top management, in the process that all employees are included;firstly strategy plans and priority activities for 2020–2023 period were shaped. Then, department priorities and action plans were clarified in line with main corporate strategy and strategy plans.

Management by Objectives Implementations were managed in order to deploying strategy, creating management by objectives culture by integrating strategy with objectives. For all executives and employees, the objectives that support strategy, bring out integrity and alignment, encourage collaborative culture were determined.

Performance Management Systematic were designed based on objectives and competencies and management by objectives implementations were integrated with performance management system. Feedback Training Programs were carried out in order to increase the effectiveness of performance management.

The results were evaluated as quarterly with Management by Objectives Team Mentoring and actions were determined to provide sustainable development. “Piano© Storytelling in Business Program” was carried out for the company that operates in 3 main centers in our country and employs more than 12,500 people, has the success of being the export champion of the automotive industry for the last 10 years and the champion of exports in Turkey for the last 6 years, as well as having the largest R&D organization in the Turkish automotive industry.

The top management team participated in the program in 3 modules.

The scope of the program was supported by Workshops to create value under the lens of the future by using the power and impact of the stories, and to provide the sustainability of success by making the impact of the stories permanent.

“Strategic Foresight and Scenario Planning Programs” were carried out with the participation of the management teams for the company, which is one of the leading automotive importers and distributors of our country and has the largest brand and service network with 11 international brands and product groups, each of which is the leader of its sector.

Within the scope of the VENTURO© Foresight Tool, the methodology was shared with the participants to create effective solution-oriented approaches by addressing the priority subjects related to their business processes.

Program contents including the subjects of “accountability, agility, resilience, priority management, strategic thinking, and planning”, enriching perspectives, adding vision, and contributing to competence development were implemented for the MT Groupin different units and functions.

"Remote Leadership Program" was carried out for a global company with a wide network of dealers and after-sales services throughout the country, which has been operating in the fields of automobile, light commercial vehicles, truck and bus product groups since 1967 in Turkey.

It is aimed to overcome the difficulties that may be encountered by effectively managing the remote working teams and to share the key issues that will accelerate the adaptation to the remote working model, as well as to reflect the effective remote leadership approaches to the performance.
