“Strategic Foresight and Planning” Programs were carried out organized by Holding company for its company which is industry leader in functional writing, drawing and painting field.
Executive teams in Sales and Purchasing departments participated to the programs; totally 219 people participated in 21 group. Different methodologies and techniques were shared with participants to enrich their perspectives about strategic foresight. Developing common language was aimed to create effective planning with right foresights and implement holistic approaches.
Common synergy was provided with the programs, knowledge and experience were shared among the participants from different companies.

“Training and Development Programs” were carried out on the subjects of “Effective Communication, Teamworking, Sales and Customer Relationship Management, Effective Management and Leadership, Feedback for High Performance and Situational Leadership” and “Alignment and Common Values Conferences” for the participation of all employees for Turkey location of a global company that produces with its 15 factories at all over the world, for nearly 50 years.
These programs provided significant benefits in terms of strengthening communication and teamwork, establishing common corporate language and collaborative culture, developing holistic perspectives, common values, shared culture, alignment, increasing effectiveness in leadership and managerial awareness.

In this context, the strength and developing areas of the company and also prioritized subjects were clarified during the corporate analysis process. Strategic road map was prepared including action and development plans.
In line with corporate objectives and strategies, it was aimed to provide effectiveness of customer-oriented structure and focus on to the right points with holistic perspective. In this context, competencies of sales and marketing team were evaluated with comprehensive methods. Individual development plans were prepared for sustainability.
