“Common Values, Culture and Communication Effectiveness” program was carried out with the participation of executives and key employees for Turkey operation of global company that has 150 years in the industry and operates actively in more than 150 countries.

Following preparation studies, program content designs and implementations were developed as specific for the company. In this context, it has contributed to increasing communication and cooperation within the company, internalizing corporate values with team spirit, and creating a shared culture.

New values were created together with the active participation of the company employees, and practices that accelerated the business processes were implemented.

Storytelling in Business conference program was carried out with the participation of the company sales team for a company that globally operates in industry in more than 10 years to create value in sales and marketing processes and to increase awareness by using the power of stories.

With the consultancy perspective, the most up-to-date information, the latest trends, key hints and approaches were shared which enrich their point of view in terms of making the effect of stories permanent on sales to get emergence of inspiring ideas and a different vision.

From Strategy to Performance©, Strategy Plans, Management by Objectives, Performance Management System and Premium Systematic

"From Strategy to Performance©" Program was implemented for the company, which was established in 1994 and is a fully integrated facility with all the production lines in its sector and continues its activities with 1200 employees.

All employees, starting from the Board of Directors and senior management, were included in the program process, which started with corporate analysis practices. First, strategy plans and priority focus areas have been formed for the 3 years starting from 2022. Department priorities and action plans were clarified within the framework of the determined main strategy and strategy plans.

Within the scope of Management by Objectives, individual objectives were set for all executives and white-collar employees in line with the strategy plans, and the integration of strategy and objectives was provided. It is aimed to create a management-by-objectives culture with common goals and individual goals that support the strategy and are based on the integrity and alignment of all departments. With the participation of the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, the results achieved were monitored quarterlythrough the RACA© Performance Management System. Development actions were determined by evaluating the results achieved.

The Performance Management System has been built on an objective and competency basis, and management byobjectivesimplementations were integrated into the performance management system. Premium systematics were set up and individual performance results were evaluated through the RACA© Performance Management System.

Feedback Programs were implemented with the participation of executive teams to increase the effectiveness of performance management and to provide continuity of development.

Formats and studies that will serve as a guide were prepared within the scope of all the practices carried out, and original systematics were designed to support the strengthening of the collaborative culture.
