Corporate structure was analyzed within the context of From Strategy to Performance© for the leading food company in its industry, exporting to 80 countries. Strategic road map was determined, action steps were shaped. Re-organization process was managed to increase corporate productivity. Business processes and job descriptions were prepared after re-shaping of organizational structure.

Competency analyses were completed. Performance management systematics were established both for production and office employees. Sales performance systematics were developed to measure sales team performance as region base.

Executive Mentoring

One-to-one executive mentoring implementations were carried out for 3 top level executives in different functions for the company that has 3 production plants, wide range distribution networks with its 38 distributors in Turkey and exporting to 51 different countries.

It is aimed to contribute to the sustainability of development by closely monitoring the individual development process.

Within the scope of From Strategy to Performance© Program, “Strategic Foresight and Managing Programs” were carried out with the participation of regional sales executives and teams for global company operating in 10 countries with its 8500 employees. The program was performed with a special content and implementation structure prepared in line with regional dynamics.

It is contributed to transformation of strategy into performance by increasing effectiveness in the subjects of the efficiency of the strategy, long-term thinking, strategy deployment to the teams, seeing the big picture, acting proactively and strategic foresight within the framework of the corporate strategy and field dynamics of the company.

“Storytelling in Business Program” was carried out for executives and key employees in Information Technologies function for Turkey operation of the world's leading company in its field that continues its activities in more than 200 countries with its 22 brands.

In the context of “Piano© Storytelling in Business Model”, different techniques were used to create stories, storytelling, business models and project-based storytelling practices. The individual development process was measured through effective implementations.

During the program, a hybrid methodology was implemented that consists of design-thinking systematics and collaborative approaches. Cultural transformation and sustainability were aimed during the process.

“Strategic Foresight and Planning” Programs were carried out organized by Holding company for its company that operates in 6 countries with its 21 plants and production facilities, exports its products to more than 70 countries.

Executive teams in Sales and Purchasing departments participated to the programs; totally 219 people participated in 21 group. Different methodologies and techniques were shared with participants to enrich their perspectives about strategic foresight. Developing common language was aimed to create effective planning with right foresights and implement holistic approaches.

Common synergy was provided with the programs, knowledge and experience were shared among the participants from different companies.

An applied development programs were carried out about problem solving and foresight for the company that operates in 6 countries with its 21 plants and production facilities, exports its products to more than 70 countries. Supply chain management team was participated to the programs.

The methods and techniques were shared with participants in the programs that will enrich their innovative and creative perspectives to further develop existing systems and processes. Additionally, it was contributed to produce new ideas and approaches, to develop effective solutions for different problems to create effective foresights with holistic perspective.

Strategy Workshop was carried out within the context of From Strategy to Performance© Program for the company that continues its sales and distribution activities both with its own operations and its 58 distributors in consumer packaged goods industry.

Before the workshop, a comprehensive analysis was performed to determine needs, priorities, strength and developing areas of the company. After well-attended workshop, strategic roadmap was created including short-medium-long term action steps.

During the process, it was contributed to create common language and perspective, provide alignment and develop strategic solutions.
