S\u00f6z konusu b\u00fcy\u00fcmede perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fc do\u011fru stratejiler belirleyerek f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme yetene\u011fini kullan\u0131yor, ekonomik g\u00f6stergelerdeki iyile\u015fmeler ve teknolojik geli\u015fmeler hem perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131yor, hem de trendleri belirliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, dinamizmin ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n rekabetle birle\u015fti\u011fi sekt\u00f6rlerden bir tanesi\u2026 Yo\u011fun rekabet, s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fen \u00fcr\u00fcn portf\u00f6yleri, binlerce farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fidi, de\u011fi\u015fen m\u00fc\u015fteri tercihleri ve kitlesel pazarda ayakta durabilmek gibi pek \u00e7ok etmen, perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc zorlu bir sava\u015f alan\u0131 haline getiriyor.<br \/>\nSon y\u0131llarda, \u00fclkemizde de b\u00fcy\u00fck perakende zincirlerinin yapt\u0131klar\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla perakendecilik h\u0131zl\u0131 bir ivme kazand\u0131. Ge\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze de\u011fi\u015fim ge\u00e7iren perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn genel g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcne bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda; farkl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7eklerde pek \u00e7ok firman\u0131n perakende sat\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 bulunmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, perakendecili\u011fin inceliklerinin yeteri kadar bilinmedi\u011fi ve perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan sorunlara kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin \u00fcretilmesinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezi i\u00e7erisinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in, yine orada, b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan ma\u011faza zincirlerinden bir tanesini birlikte gezmemizi ve verdikleri hizmeti hem profesyonel olarak hem de m\u00fc\u015fteri g\u00f6z\u00fcyle de\u011ferlendirmemi rica etti.<br \/>\nGiri\u015fimcilerin mutlulu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131! \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar mutlu olursa sat\u0131\u015flar da artar&#8230;Motive edilmi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan olu\u015fan mutlu bir tak\u0131m, ma\u011fazalara gelen her ziyaret\u00e7iyi m\u00fc\u015fteriye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek y\u00fcksek performans ve sat\u0131\u015f art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u011fazan\u0131n vitrin d\u00fczenlemesi, yine ma\u011faza i\u00e7erisindeki g\u00f6rsel d\u00fczenlemeler, ayd\u0131nlatma ve \u0131s\u0131tma olmas\u0131 gereken \u015fekildeydi, ancak dikkatimi \u00e7eken \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015fka konu vard\u0131 ki; ma\u011faza i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n hi\u00e7birinin g\u00f6zlerinde \u0131\u015f\u0131lt\u0131, heyecan ve mutlulu\u011fu yakalayamad\u0131m. Ma\u011fazac\u0131l\u0131k ve hizmet konusundaki de\u011ferlendirmelerimi b\u00f6lge y\u00f6neticisi dostumla payla\u015ft\u0131m ve i\u015fte verdi\u011fi yan\u0131t&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle s\u00f6z konusu g\u00f6reve ba\u015fka bir firmadan yeni transfer oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi ve b\u00fcy\u00fck umutlar ile geldi\u011fi firmada hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek s\u00f6zlerine devam etti. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 firman\u0131n \u00fcst y\u00f6netiminin i\u015fe bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00f6zetledi; ma\u011faza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ndaki i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc devir oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 nedeni ile e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131, maliyetli ve i\u015fe giri\u015fte oryantasyon e\u011fitimleri yeterli&#8230; S\u00f6z konusu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ma\u011faza y\u00f6neticisi seviyesinde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutulsun&#8230; Maliyetlerimiz \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek, prim sistemi uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7emeyiz&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu yakla\u015f\u0131m ve uygulamalardan dolay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan personelin yeterince ay\u0131rt edilemedi\u011fini ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bir s\u00fcre sonra olumsuz \u00f6rnekleri g\u00f6rerek ya onlar gibi davrand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, ya da i\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 takdir edecek farkl\u0131 yerlere yelken a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u201cPeki, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015firketten geldin, ni\u00e7in buradas\u0131n?\u201d soruma ise \u00e7ok \u00f6z bir ifade ile: \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn bu belirttiklerinin fark\u0131nday\u0131m, teyidin i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim, ben de t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in buraday\u0131m\u201d yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 verdi.<br \/>\n&#8220;\u015eirketlere rekabet \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011flayan etmenlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u201c\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131\u201d gelmektedir. Yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnler geli\u015ftiren, hizmetleri zenginle\u015ftiren, m\u00fc\u015fterileri ma\u011fazaya \u00e7ekecek fikirler \u00fcreten yine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar&#8230; Bu sebeple perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc insana yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yo\u011fun rekabet ortam\u0131nda, sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7inde yer alan baz\u0131 firmalar\u0131n y\u00fcksek performans gerektiren, h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fen ve t\u00fcm\u00fcyle k\u00fcreselle\u015fen yap\u0131da ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in gerekli yetkinlikleri geli\u015ftirebildi\u011fi, baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ise bunu ba\u015faramad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te de \u015firketlere rekabet \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011flayan etmenlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u201c\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131\u201d gelmektedir. Yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnler geli\u015ftiren, hizmetleri zenginle\u015ftiren, m\u00fc\u015fterileri ma\u011fazaya \u00e7ekecek fikirler \u00fcreten yine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar&#8230; Bu sebeple perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc insana yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Perakende Performans Yap\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015f \u015firketler bu noktada \u00f6nemli bir avantaja sahiptir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin, izin ve tatil g\u00fcnlerinin d\u00fczenli olmas\u0131, performansa g\u00f6re \u00f6d\u00fcl\/te\u015fvik sistemlerinin etkili uygulanmas\u0131, e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim imk\u00e2nlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kariyer geli\u015fim ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n sunulmas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n fikirlerine de\u011fer verilmesi, performans art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6nde h\u0131zl\u0131 ve yerinde geribildirimin olmas\u0131, ekip bilinci ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, motivasyon y\u00fcksekli\u011fi\u2026T\u00fcm bunlar perakende alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u015firketlere rekabet avantaj \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kazand\u0131r\u0131r. B\u00f6ylelikle, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyeti sa\u011flan\u0131r ve bu da mutlu m\u00fc\u015fteriler ile birlikte sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u015firketin sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7indeki sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r.<br \/>\nPerakendecilik, bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyenler i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok \u201cge\u00e7ici bir i\u015f\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Daha kal\u0131c\u0131 bir i\u015f bulana kadar, askere gidene kadar ya da ki\u015filerin kariyerlerine nas\u0131l bir y\u00f6n \u00e7izeceklerine karar verene kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacak bir i\u015f olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.
