Ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz, \u00fcretti\u011fimiz, denedi\u011fimiz, gerekti\u011finde risk ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve ayn\u0131 zamanda keyif duydu\u011fumuz bir sermaye&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, eski \u00e7a\u011flarda ilahi bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. 1800\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llara geldi\u011fimizde yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n insanlara \u00f6zg\u00fc oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131k, ancak sadece sanat i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli bir yetenek oldu\u011funu zannettik. Sanayi toplumuna ge\u00e7i\u015f ile birlikte, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k sadece sanat i\u00e7in gerekli bir yetenek olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve zorunlu bir i\u015f yetene\u011fi haline gelmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k yetene\u011fini t\u0131pk\u0131 sanat ya da bilimde oldu\u011fu gibi i\u015f alan\u0131nda da en etkili \u015fekilde kullananlar rekabet avantaj\u0131 kazanmaktad\u0131rlar. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fartlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u201cfarkl\u0131\u201d olman\u0131n ve \u201cfark yaratman\u0131n\u201d gereklili\u011fi daha net anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130stedi\u011fimiz zaman her yerden rahatl\u0131kla ula\u015fabildi\u011fimiz internet, her an elimizin alt\u0131nda olan cep telefonlar\u0131, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinden seyredebildi\u011fimiz televizyon kanallar\u0131 ile art\u0131k bilgi elimizin alt\u0131nda. Bilgiyi s\u00fcrekli yenilemek, s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 daha h\u0131zl\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek ise rekabet avantaj\u0131 yakalamak ad\u0131na bir zorunluluk\u2026\u0130\u015fte, bu noktada \u201cyarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k\u201d \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bireysel ve kurumsal anlamda yarat\u0131c\u0131 olmak, fark yaratmak isteyenler: \u201cBirey olarak nas\u0131l daha farkl\u0131\u203a olabilirim?\u201d, \u201cKurum olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m ve m\u00fc\u015fterilerim i\u00e7in hangi farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri geli\u015ftirebilirim?\u201d, \u201cYarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k nas\u0131l desteklenebilir?\u201d, \u201cHerkes yarat\u0131c\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r?\u201d, \u201cYarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k geli\u015ftirilebilir mi?\u201d sorular\u0131n\u0131n cevab\u0131n\u0131 ar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi bireysel bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Herkesin i\u00e7inde bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k potansiyeli vard\u0131r ve bu geli\u015ftirilebilir bir yetenektir. Asl\u0131nda, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her alan\u0131nda fark\u0131nda olmadan yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullan\u0131r\u0131z. Giysilerimizi se\u00e7erken, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yeri ya da ofisimizi dekore ederken, i\u015f hayat\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir probleme \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ararken\u2026 Bu noktada, ki\u015filik \u00f6zelliklerimiz, becerilerimiz, tutumlar\u0131m\u0131z, duygusal zek\u00e2m\u0131z, duyma, alg\u0131lama, fark\u0131nda olma, karar verme yetilerimiz ve tabi ki bilgi d\u00fczeyimiz devreye girmektedir. Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak isteyenlerin ise tek yapmas\u0131 gereken \u015fey, bu do\u011frultuda hayata bakt\u0131klar\u0131 pencereyi geni\u015fletmeleri ve farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kurumsal a\u00e7\u0131dan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn rekabet\u00e7i i\u015f ortam\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde art\u0131k \u015firketlerin b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ile bilmesi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesi, yaratmas\u0131 ve sorumluluk almas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu da de\u011fi\u015fime ayak uydurmay\u0131 ilke edinmi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur. \u0130leti\u015fim teknolojisinin geldi\u011fi son nokta ile birlikte bilginin k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede payla\u015f\u0131labilmesi, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve dinamik i\u015f ortam\u0131n\u0131n bir getirisi olarak, k\u00fcresel rakiplerin de sahnede olmas\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flamak ve rekabet avantaj\u0131 elde etmek ad\u0131na \u201cyarat\u0131c\u0131 olmay\u0131\u201d ve \u201cfarkl\u0131\u201d olan\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 gerektiriyor. Peter Drucker\u2019\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi: \u201cYarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, m\u00fc\u015fteriye sunulan kaynaklar\u0131n de\u011ferini ve memnuniyetini art\u0131rmakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu geli\u015fmelerle birlikte, \u015firketler de farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftiren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara ihtiya\u00e7 duyuyor. Ar t\u0131k, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda iyi bir e\u011fitime ve tecr\u00fcbeye sahip olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, \u201cyarat\u0131c\u0131 olmalar\u0131\u201d da aranan en \u00f6nemli yetkinlik haline geldi. Y\u00f6netimde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 boyut yakalamak isteyen \u015firketler yarat\u0131c\u0131 bireylerden olu\u015fan tak\u0131mlar olu\u015fturmaya \u00f6nem veriyorlar. Rastlant\u0131lara, kazalara, tehlikelere kar\u015f\u0131 her an haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olan ve ola\u011fand\u0131\u015f\u0131 her duruma \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretebilen bir tak\u0131m&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirman\u0131z\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu bir tek varl\u0131k bulunmaktad\u0131r, insan d\u00fc\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc.\u201d(Bill Gates)<\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015f s\u00fcrecine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek gerekir!<br \/>\nAsl\u0131nda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda hem bireylerin hem de kurumlar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 olamamakt\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, bir soruya tek cevab\u0131 olan \u015firketler yeni \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetler geli\u015ftirememekte, ki\u015filer kariyerlerini do\u011fru y\u00f6nlendirememekte ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde ba\u015far\u0131 yakalanamamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u201cSahip olunan tek bir fikirden daha tehlikeli bir \u015fey yoktur.\u201d (Emile Chartier)<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 a\u015fman\u0131n yolu esnek ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 olmaya, bireysel ve kurumsal potansiyeli ke\u015ffetmeye ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan faydalanmak i\u00e7in tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli de\u011fildir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 ol-maya y\u00f6neltilmesi ve yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir i\u015f s\u00fcrecine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekir. \u015eirketlerin sahip oldu\u011fu ana stratejilerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinin temelinde yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k vard\u0131r. Bir \u015firket yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ne kadar \u00e7ok benimserse, o kadar \u00e7ok farkl\u0131l\u0131k olu\u015fturabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f ortam\u0131nda yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fmesinde en \u00f6nemli rol y\u00f6neticilere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Bu noktada y\u00f6neticinin, herkesi yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler \u00fcretmesi i\u00e7in te\u015fvik etmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 inisiyatif kullanmalar\u0131 ve kendi kararlar\u0131n\u0131 vermeleri y\u00f6n\u00fcnde cesaretlendirmesi, uyumu sa\u011flamas\u0131, ileti\u015fimin niteli\u011fini y\u00fckseltmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na inanmas\u0131, g\u00fcvenmesi, onlara f\u0131rsat tan\u0131mas\u0131, yarat\u0131c\u0131 olabilecekleri ortamlar sunmas\u0131 ve geli\u015fim i\u00e7in sinerji etkisi yaratmas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6neticiler ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6remedikleri f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcrler, hesapl\u0131 riskleri al\u0131rlar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 belli rollere uymaya zorlamak yerine yarat\u0131c\u0131 giri\u015fimleri destekler ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 enerjilerini t\u00fcm i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine yans\u0131tarak kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rlar. \u201cYeterli zaman\u0131m yok deme&#8230; Pasteur, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci ve Albert Einstein\u2019\u0131n da g\u00fcnleri 24 saatti&#8230;\u201d (H. Jackson Brown, Jr)<\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcrecini nas\u0131l etkili y\u00f6netebiliriz?<\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131c\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nce istemek, sonra da bu yolda \u00e7aba harcamak gerekir. Ki\u015filerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kla ifade edebildikleri, al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yer alan bir ortam&#8230; Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yeni fikirlerin \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmesi de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7iren bir etki yarat\u0131r. Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir norm haline getirilmesi ve herkesin bu y\u00f6nde te\u015fvik edilmesi yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011fa odaklan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara inisiyatif verilmesi, de\u011ferli olduklar\u0131n\u0131n hissettirilmesi, \u00e7e\u015fitli e\u011fitimlerle yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n desteklenmesi, farkl\u0131 konularda proje ekiplerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 da s\u00fcrece y\u00f6n veren di\u011fer uygulamalar aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir tak\u0131m i\u00e7erisinde yer alan ki\u015filerin her birinin ayr\u0131 \u00f6zelliklerinden daha \u00f6nemli olan, birbirlerini farkl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lardan ne kadar tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131na sahip ki\u015fileri bir tak\u0131mda bulu\u015fturmak yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tetikler.<\/p>\n<p>Peki, neden yarat\u0131c\u0131 olam\u0131yoruz? \u00c7ocuklu\u011fumuzu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde ya da \u00e7evremizdeki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 g\u00f6zlemledi\u011fimizde onlar\u0131n daha yarat\u0131c\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 fark ederiz. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n kafas\u0131 yarat\u0131c\u0131 fikirlerle kaynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, b\u00fcy\u00fcrken o yarat\u0131c\u0131 fikirlerin hepsi yok oluyor.
