Ancak yol g\u00f6steren bir \u0131\u015f\u0131k, y\u00f6n g\u00f6steren bir pusula, yer g\u00f6steren bir harita bu zorlu ve mutlak ba\u015far\u0131 gerek tiren yolda ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan deste\u011fi sa\u011flayacak bir destek, bir ko\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011fru belirlemek, ki\u015fisel yetkinlikleri ve geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karabilmek ve ko\u00e7luk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n bireye, tak\u0131ma ve y\u00f6neticiye kazand\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 saptayabilmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Ko\u00e7luk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ve ekibi ileriye g\u00f6t\u00fcrece\u011fine ve geli\u015fimlerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na olan inan\u00e7, az \u00f6nce bahsetti\u011fimiz mutlak ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n ilk ad\u0131m\u0131.<br \/>\nE\u011fer pusula bize yol g\u00f6steriyor ve asl\u0131nda kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z ve gayretimizle ge\u00e7ebilece\u011fimiz yolu kolayl\u0131kla bulmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor ise biz de d\u00fcmeni s\u0131k\u0131ca tutmal\u0131 ve do\u011fru noktaya ula\u015f\u0131ncaya dek sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yerine getirmeliyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Konf\u00fc\u00e7y\u00fcs\u2019\u00fcn \u015fu s\u00f6z\u00fc ilerledi\u011fimiz yolda bizim de ki\u015fisel katk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6ne-mini en iyi \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor; \u201cHi\u00e7 kimse ba\u015far\u0131 merdivenine elleri cebinde t\u0131rmanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n dinamik yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde, giderek daha fazla say\u0131da ki\u015fi ve \u015firket ko\u00e7lu\u011fa \u00f6nem vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar art\u0131k bireysel ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tak\u0131m\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve kurumsal ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek durumundalar. \u201cRekabet\u201d in yeni kurallar\u0131, \u201cBa\u015far\u0131\u201d n\u0131n yeni ve farkl\u0131 tan\u0131mlar\u0131 ve t\u00fcm bu yenilikler i\u00e7inde \u201cDenge\u201d sa\u011flama zorunlulu\u011fu\u2026 \u0130\u015fte ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm bu de\u011fi\u015fimler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015firketleri \u201cgeli\u015fimi\u201d sa\u011flamak ve \u201cba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmak\u201d ad\u0131na ko\u00e7lu\u011fa y\u00f6nlendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Charles Ketterin\u2019in s\u00f6yledi\u011fi gibi ; \u201cOldu\u011funuz yerde durarak aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 sakatlamazs\u0131n\u0131z. H\u0131zland\u0131k\u00e7a aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131za bir \u015fey olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u015fans\u0131 artar ama bir yerlere gitme \u015fans\u0131n\u0131z da artar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her \u015firketin yap\u0131s\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131 tan\u0131m\u0131 t\u0131pk\u0131 bireyler gibi farkl\u0131d\u0131r, kendine \u00f6zeldir. Ko\u00e7luk da bu belirlenmi\u015f ba\u015far\u0131 hedeflerine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan etkili bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r. Bu ara\u00e7, amac\u0131na uygun \u201cdo\u011fru\u201d olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, hem ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim hem de kurumsal geli\u015fim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli etkiler yarat\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk, geli\u015fime y\u00f6n verir!<br \/>\nKo\u00e7luk, geli\u015fimin stratejik ve pratik yolunu \u00e7izer. Burada \u00f6nemli olan nokta \u201cama\u00e7t\u0131r\u201d. Neye ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fini net olarak bilen bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in ko\u00e7luk g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir yard\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u011fru belirlenmi\u015f yetkinlikler, ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131 ve hedefler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yap\u0131lan ko\u00e7luk uygulamalar\u0131 deneyim, olgunluk ve bilgi birikimi kazand\u0131r\u0131r. \u0130\u015f ve ya\u015fam dengesi sa\u011flar. Mutlu ve pozitif bireylerden olu\u015fan bir \u015firket d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn\u2026 Bu enerji art\u0131\u015f\u0131, i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin etkinli\u011fine ve verimlili\u011fe yans\u0131r. Zor ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 konularda daha sakin, sa\u011fduyulu ve olumlu bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergiliyorlar. B\u00fcy\u00fck resmi g\u00f6rmeleri kolayla\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eirket hedefleri do\u011frultusunda y\u00f6nde\u015f olarak hareket etmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yorlar. \u00d6zellikle, bilginin \u00f6z\u00fcmsenmesi, i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi ve i\u015fe yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011frenmenin kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, s\u00fcreklili\u011fin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 saha ko\u00e7lu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda bizzat ya\u015fayarak g\u00f6rd\u00fck ve \u00f6\u011frendik.<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk ba\u015far\u0131 i\u00e7in bir stratejidir! Ki\u015filere farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 sunan, yeni y\u00f6nler g\u00f6steren ko\u00e7luk, ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimi art\u0131rarak kurumsal geli\u015fimi sa\u011flar. \u0130\u015f geli\u015ftirmek ve uzun s\u00fcreli etki sa\u011flamak isteyen \u015firketler ko\u00e7lu\u011fu gizli bir geli\u015fim arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131rlar. Do\u011fru stratejiler belirleyerek, stratejik yol haritalar\u0131 ile aksiyon planlar\u0131 olu\u015fturarak, \u201czaman\u0131nda\u201d ve \u201cdo\u011fru\u201d ad\u0131mlar atarak hedefe odaklanma sa\u011flan\u0131r. T\u00fcm bunlarda geli\u015fime \u00f6nem veren, ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmak ad\u0131na ya\u015fam i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frenmeyi kendine ilke edinmi\u015f ve ko\u00e7luklarla ki\u015fisel etkilili\u011fini art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n pay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHayat\u0131n arenas\u0131nda onurlar ve \u00f6d\u00fcller yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ile kendilerini g\u00f6sterenlerin elindedir.\u201d Aristoteles<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk, ki\u015fisel ya\u015fam kalitesini art\u0131r\u0131r, ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n ve geli\u015fimin s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flar. Bunlar i\u00e7in do\u011fru analiz, do\u011fru planlama, do\u011fru hedef ve stratejileri belirleyerek en do\u011fru y\u00f6ntemleri uygulamak gereklidir. Gidilecek y\u00f6n net olarak belirlendi\u011finde, uygulanacak program iyi tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, strateji ve hedeflerle ili\u015fkilendirildi\u011finde ko\u00e7luk, ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rarak ki\u015fiye ve \u015firkete ciddi anlamda katk\u0131lar sa\u011flar..<\/p>\n<p>Ve ko\u00e7lu\u011fun sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkiler ad\u0131m ad\u0131m ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar, birdenbire de\u011fil\u2026 Nas\u0131l ki, d\u00fczenli olarak spora devam ederseniz bunun olumlu etkilerini zaman i\u00e7inde al\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z, ko\u00e7lukta da ayn\u0131 \u015fey ge\u00e7erlidir.
