Uyum g\u00fcne\u015f gibidir , g\u00fcven ise ya\u011fmur. Ko\u00e7lukta g\u00fcne\u015f parlad\u0131k\u00e7a, ya\u011fmur besledik\u00e7e ba\u015far\u0131 orman\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcr zenginle\u015fir. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada orman ama\u00e7t\u0131r.<br \/>\nAma\u00e7 u\u011fruna sergilenen sab\u0131r ve sebat\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ak\u0131ll\u0131l\u0131kla birlikte iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar.<br \/>\nThomas Henry Huxley<\/p>\n<p>Ormanlar tek bir a\u011fa\u00e7tan olu\u015fmazlar ve g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6rmeyen, ya\u011fmurla beslenmeyen bir co\u011frafyada orman olu\u015fmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda da ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z do\u011frultusunda orman\u0131m\u0131zdaki a\u011fa\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ; tek ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za m\u00fccadele vermemiz zaman zaman ilerlemek yerine ayn\u0131 noktada kalmam\u0131za ve bazen de istedi\u011fimiz noktadan uzakla\u015fmam\u0131za neden olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerden cesaretle \u00e7\u0131kartmam\u0131za yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak bir ses, o arad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z cevab\u0131 bulmam\u0131za neden olacak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir soru, ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fimiz noktay\u0131 belki de ilk kez y\u00fcksek sesle ifade etmemize sebep bir an, bu zorlu ve ba\u015far\u0131 gerektiren yolda ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan deste\u011fi sa\u011flayacak bir ko\u00e7. Bizim g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen co\u011frafyam\u0131zdaki kelebek etkisini olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada orman metaforundan yola \u00e7\u0131karak ; ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011fru belirlemek, ki\u015fisel yetkinlikleri ve geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karabilmek ve ko\u00e7luk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nce bireye, sonra tak\u0131ma, daha sonra \u015firketin geneline kazand\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 saptayabilmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin fark\u0131ndal\u0131k, uyum ve g\u00fcven ile ki\u015fiye ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fi noktaya giden yolda ivme kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na ve geli\u015fimine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na olan inan\u00e7, az \u00f6nce bahsetti\u011fimiz ula\u015f\u0131lmak istenen ama\u00e7 noktas\u0131 ve orman\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz noktada ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n ilk ad\u0131m\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fan\u0131n dengesini bozmak olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler ile g\u00fcne\u015fin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kapatmak, ya\u011fmurun ya\u011fmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek, me\u015fe palamudunun sadece me\u015fe palamudu olarak kalmas\u0131na neden olur. Oysa ki g\u00fcne\u015f dallar\u0131n aras\u0131ndan bile ge\u00e7erek bize ula\u015fabiliyor ise ve asl\u0131nda kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z ve gayretimizle ye\u015fertebilece\u011fimiz yapraklar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 ve amac\u0131m\u0131z olan orman\u0131 kolayl\u0131kla bulmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor ise bizde tohumlar\u0131 topra\u011fa atmal\u0131 ve filizler g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flay\u0131ncaya dek sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yerine getirmeliyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Bilginin derinli\u011fine \u00f6nem veren, neden-sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7inde sorgulayan, gereksiz olan her \u015feyi atabilme cesaretine sahip \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 bireyler olursak ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her alan\u0131nda sade d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilir ve yal\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretebiliriz. Bu da bize s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir rekabet avantaj\u0131 sa\u011flar.<br \/>\nKonf\u00fc\u00e7y\u00fcs\u2019\u00fcn \u015fu s\u00f6z\u00fc ilerledi\u011fimiz yolda bizimde ki\u015fisel katk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nemini en iyi \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor ; \u201cHi\u00e7 kimse ba\u015far\u0131 merdivenine elleri cebinde t\u0131rmanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n dinamik yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde, giderek daha fazla say\u0131da ki\u015fi ve \u015firket ko\u00e7lu\u011fa \u00f6nem vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Art\u0131k i\u015flere ve projelere liderlik etkisini yitiriyor, \u015fimdi duygulara liderlik zaman\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar art\u0131k bireysel ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tak\u0131m arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve kurumsal ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorlar. \u201cBiz\u201d bilinci t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada etkisini artt\u0131r\u0131yor ve kabul ediliyor. H\u0131zland\u0131k\u00e7a aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131za bir\u015fey olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u015fans\u0131 artar ama biryerlere gitme \u015fans\u0131n\u0131z da artar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her \u015firketin yap\u0131s\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131 tan\u0131m\u0131 t\u0131pk\u0131 bireyler gibi farkl\u0131d\u0131r, kendine \u00f6zeldir. Ko\u00e7luk da bu belirlenmi\u015f ba\u015far\u0131 hedeflerine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan etkili bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r. Bu ara\u00e7, amac\u0131na uygun \u201cdo\u011fru\u201d olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, hem ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim hem de kurumsal geli\u015fim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli etkiler yarat\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk geli\u015fime y\u00f6n verir!<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk, geli\u015fimin stratejik ve pratik yolunu \u00e7izer. Burada \u00f6nemli olan nokta \u201cama\u00e7t\u0131r\u201d. Neye ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fini net olarak bilen bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in ko\u00e7luk g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir yard\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u011fru belirlenmi\u015f yetkinlikler, ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131 ve hedefler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yap\u0131lan ko\u00e7luk uygulamalar\u0131 deneyim, olgunluk ve bilgi birikimi kazand\u0131r\u0131r. \u0130\u015f ve ya\u015fam dengesi sa\u011flar. Zor ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 konularda daha sakin, sa\u011fduyulu ve olumlu bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergiliyorlar. B\u00fcy\u00fck resmi g\u00f6rmeleri kolayla\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eirket hedefleri do\u011frultusunda y\u00f6nde\u015f olarak hareket etmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle, bilginin \u00f6z\u00fcmsenmesi, i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi ve i\u015fe yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011frenmenin kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, s\u00fcreklili\u011fin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bireysel ko\u00e7luk, tak\u0131m ko\u00e7lu\u011fu ve saha ko\u00e7lu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda bizzat ya\u015fayarak g\u00f6rd\u00fcm ve \u00f6\u011frendim.<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk Ba\u015far\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Bir Stratejidir!<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015filerin yapabileceklerine ait limitlerinin ne kadar y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu ve farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 sunan, yeni y\u00f6nler g\u00f6steren ko\u00e7luk, ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimi artt\u0131rarak kurumsal geli\u015fimi sa\u011flar. \u0130\u015f geli\u015ftirmek ve uzun s\u00fcreli etki sa\u011flamak isteyen \u015firketler ko\u00e7lu\u011fu gizli bir geli\u015fim arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131rlar.
