Etkili \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm parametreleri ile destekleyerek bireysel performanstan kurumsal performansa kadar giden s\u00fcre\u00e7te net bir resim ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz. <strong>RACA\u00a9 Performans Y\u00f6netimi Sistemi <\/strong>kapsam\u0131ndaki yaz\u0131l\u0131m program\u0131m\u0131z ile b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturarak etkili \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6rel ve kurumsal gereklilikler do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n potansiyelinin en \u00fcst noktada geli\u015ftirilmesine zemin olu\u015fturarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir geli\u015fimi hedefliyoruz.
